I think Christine Gregoire, the State's AG, needs to hear from a few thousand citizens about this porn spam so she'll allocate resources to start taking action to protect Washington State Citizens. There is no lack of evidence to be gathered from any one porn spammer, so evidence is not a problem.

In early 2002, Gregoire was presented with a 192-page complaint against a porn spammer for violations of RCW 19.190 and declined to take action.

It's nice the that AG has finally decided to do something for the citizen's of Washington, rather than ignore 192-page complaints. However, please continue to write to Gregoire at emailago@atg.wa.gov and ask her to start taking action against more porn spammers. Paste in a copy of a porn spam when you write. (Paste in, rather than include as an attachment, because the AG's office does not like attachments at that address). Or fax or use US Mail; see the link below. Be sure to include some of the porn spam for evidence (with full headers).

Urge others to write Gregoire and include a sample porn spam.
